Balancing life's demands and dreams, combating fatigue and managing menopause transition   symptoms can be confusing and challenging. My mission is to help you feel stronger, calmer and empowered to navigate life's changes with direction, confidence and energy.

    Adopts a conversational approach to help you transition from where you are now to where you want to be in a non-judgmental, open, collaborative, and confidential space.

  • Movement Coaching

    Involves identifying the activities and exercises that best motivate you to get and keep fit and active before developing a personalised fitness program.

  • Menopause Coaching

    Blends aspects of Mindset and Movement Coaching with various flow programs to better understand and mitigate your menopause symptoms.

We collaborate on your journey, incorporating cultural sensitivity and an understanding of diverse factors and physiology that can impact a woman's physical, emotional, social, work, medical and financial health. 

Whether you seek the space and support to be genuinely heard about your symptoms, a step-by-step plan to achieve something important, support talking to your GP and other health professionals, a personalised exercise and nutrition plan, stress management and sleep hygiene approach or a self-care shift...I avoid fads and help you piece together your path through it.

This is my weekly therapy. I have been seeing ADE once a week since 2019 with initial goals around strengthening my knees and pelvic floor. However she has surpassed my expectations- facilitating my overall strength and fitness, resulting in me having more energy and better quality of movement (especially now I’m perimenopausal). Her astute trainer's eye knows exactly the right level of challenge to pitch the exercises at, so that she can design a tailor made but appropriate programme. Coaching sessions are available online, by phone, or in person. We will decide which option suits you best at the outset. Online options include Zoom, Teams, Skype, WhatsApp, and Facetime. Our in-person sessions take place in lovely spaces in Central and East London.
